Ingredients:

2 cups and 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour

1 scoop of Grown American™Superfood

1 tablespoon natural cane sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups unsweetened organic soy milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup blueberries

Instructions:

Mix together flour, Grown American™Superfood, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Slowly mix in the soymilk, cinnamon and vanilla,adding more, if necessary, for a smooth, spreadable batter.


Coat a large pan with a cooking spray and use medium heat. Spoon ¼ cup batter into hot pan and sprinkle the pancake with 2 tablespoons of blueberries. Cook 4 minutes or until the pancake edges start to brown. Flip, and cook 2-3 minutes more, or until cooked on both sides. Repeat until the batter is gone.
