- 1 frozen bananas
- 1 cup plant-based milk* (we used oat milk)
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- ¼ cup roasted cashews
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 shot espresso (or substitute 2 tsp instant coffee)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Grown American Superfood
